Is an inquiry a confirmed booking?

No. A booking is confirmed only after availability, assigned vehicle, route, final permitted occupancy, price, inclusions and payment terms are accepted in writing.

What is the standard outstation price?

The standard rate is ₹12,500 per day with 250 KM per day. Extra kilometres are ₹50 per KM. Tolls, state road taxes, attendant requirements and GST at 5% are additional where applicable.

Is this a medical transport service?

No. Senior-friendly planning does not replace an ambulance, medical escort or clinical transport.

Can we request custom stops?

Yes. Requested stops are reviewed for safe access, route feasibility, driver duty and schedule impact.

Is décor or an attendant included in the ₹12,500 rate?

No extra service should be assumed. Décor, attendant or waiter requirements, cleaning scope and third-party services are included only when listed in the accepted written quotation.

How are customer reviews published?

Reviews are published only when linked to a completed booking and approved by the customer.
