Booking information
Booking Terms and Conditions
Version: 14 July 2026
1. Inquiry versus confirmed booking
A website, phone, email or WhatsApp inquiry is not a booking. Confirmation occurs only when availability, assigned service, route, final permitted occupancy, price, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and applicable policies are accepted in writing.
2. Accurate customer information
The customer must provide correct passenger, child, senior, luggage, mobility-aid, date, pickup, destination, return, itinerary and venue-access information. Material changes may affect suitability, timing or price.
3. Important Travel Condition
For passenger safety, designated seating must be used while the vehicle is moving. The full-size bed arrangement is prepared for use during suitable stationary stops.
4. Capacity and suitability
Final moving occupancy is determined by assigned-vehicle documents, approved seating and restraint positions. Marketing illustrations and inquiry-form limits do not override those documents.
5. Route, timing and access
Traffic, weather, road closures, local restrictions, parking, police directions, driver duty and safe-operation decisions may change route, timing or access. Travel times are not guaranteed.
6. Price and extra costs
The accepted quotation should state base price, taxes, tolls, parking, state charges, permits, driver/night allowance, overtime or extra-kilometre rules and third-party services.
7. Payments and confirmation
The quotation must state the approved advance, balance due date, payment method and exact point at which the booking becomes confirmed. Payments should be made only to a verified account.
8. Décor, food and vendors
Décor, food, cake, waiter, attendant or partner services are included only when written in the quotation. Unsafe, prohibited or damaging items may be refused.
9. Customer conduct and damage
The customer is responsible for group conduct. Proven damage beyond normal wear may be charged according to the accepted terms and evidence.
10. Changes, delays and overtime
Changes to date, time, pickup, route, stops, guests, duration or venue may require a revised quote. Waiting and overtime are charged only under the agreed written rule.
11. Breakdown and service interruption
If the assigned service is interrupted, the team will communicate the available backup, rescheduling or refund option under the accepted quotation and cancellation policy.
12. Force majeure
Events outside reasonable control—including severe weather, road closure, authority restriction, unrest or similar disruption—may require delay, route change, rescheduling or cancellation under the approved policy.
13. Medical limitation
This is not an ambulance, medical escort or clinical transport service. Customers must arrange appropriate support for medical needs.
